All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No hidden currency conversion fees apply.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Kompak4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at kompak4d.cam. To register and maintain an account with Kompak4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:
Age Verification Notice: Kompak4D employs active age verification controls during account registration and KYC checks. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority. Deposits made by underage users will not be returned.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with Kompak4D. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Kompak4D reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Kompak4D will never contact you unsolicited to request your password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in a timely manner.
Before processing a withdrawal request, or at any point deemed necessary, Kompak4D may require you to complete our KYC verification process. This typically involves the submission of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian IC or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your email address, phone number, or physical address changes, you must update your account details promptly. Kompak4D is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated contact information held on your account.
Kompak4D supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless a cryptocurrency equivalent value is applied at the time of transaction.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Kompak4D reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to Members.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches the identity of the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All pending withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks. Members must complete KYC verification prior to the processing of their first withdrawal request.
The majority of withdrawal requests via DuitNow and FPX are processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods may vary. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to the applicable blockchain network confirmation times. Kompak4D shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
Kompak4D does not charge transaction fees on standard MYR deposits or withdrawals. Members using cryptocurrency transfers should note that blockchain network fees (gas fees) are determined by the respective network and are outside Kompak4D's control.
Kompak4D reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law. In such cases, the Platform will contact the affected Member through their registered contact details.
Kompak4D offers various promotions to its Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, VIP cashback, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period, failing which any unconverted bonus funds will expire automatically.
Promotions are intended for personal use only. Participation in any promotion using multiple accounts, shared devices, shared IP addresses, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion constitutes abuse and will result in disqualification, forfeiture of related winnings, and potential account suspension.
Where a Member's account contains both real funds and bonus funds, real funds will generally be used for wagering first, followed by bonus funds, unless otherwise specified. Real funds are always withdrawable subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering conditions.
Kompak4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, subject to the applicable individual promotion terms.
All games and betting activities offered on Kompak4D are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management and financial matters.
A bet or wager is only deemed accepted when confirmed by the Platform's system and reflected in your account transaction history. Verbal or written statements by support staff do not constitute acceptance of a bet. Kompak4D reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in contravention of these Terms.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in a game or bet outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions, Kompak4D reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the account to its pre-transaction state. The Platform shall not be liable for any loss arising from such errors.
Odds on sports events — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other markets — are updated in real time. Odds accepted at time of bet placement are binding, subject to the event proceeding under normal conditions. Kompak4D reserves the right to suspend betting markets at its discretion.
A bet may be declared void where the relevant sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly modified in a way that materially affects the result. In such circumstances, the original stake shall be returned to the Member's account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kompak4D platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant legal authorities:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real funds held in the account will be returned to the Member following the resolution of any outstanding investigation, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. All outstanding wagering requirements must be settled or forfeited prior to closure. Any real fund balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kompak4D, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failure, or any other commercial or financial loss.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kompak4D does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Kompak4D name and brand marks may not be used in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with any third party without prior written authorisation.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the Platform's licensed operations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by the Platform's operating licence.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, transaction, or promotional award, Members are encouraged to contact Kompak4D's customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body applicable to the Platform's licence jurisdiction. Details of the applicable escalation process will be communicated upon request.
Kompak4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to individual Members. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account.
